Brake discs – for powerful braking force
The massive forces subjected to brake discs eventually cause significant wear. Overloaded discs tend to overheat and lose their braking power (so-called fading). In general, the larger the disc, the longer continuous braking is possible. We recommend larger discs for more power and long, steep descents. However, it's important to pay attention to fork compatibility, because not all forks work with all sizes of discs. If you're looking to replace your old brake discs with new or larger ones, you'll find a wide range of different models on the following pages.
