The Stormer shoe cover provide the best cold weather protection against extreme winter and rain conditions, so you have comfortable, dry and warm feet when the temperatur drops.
4 mm seam sealed neoprene provides insulation warmth and is fully wind and waterproof. The Aramid base is durable and protects your shoes from snow and dirt below. An abrasion resistant side coating provides crank protection.
A full length waterproof zip makes it easy to put on and take off. Velcro top tab closure ads extra secruity. High visibility print is reflective in low light.

I have shoe size 40 and based on the reviews I'm two shoe sizes larger,
so bought 44-45. Now I don't know if it's because I have women's feet or if the shoe is just stupidly cut. But the material doesn't fit properly. It's warm, but behind the last fastening of my click-in shoes the material wrinkles. But my feet are warmed properly. Maybe it's better to just order one size larger

The shoes (size 44-45) make a high-quality impression. I did 4 tours with it in December. The foot stays warm, but the toes eventually get cold.
Another note about size: my shoe size at Shimano is 43 (actually 42). Even with narrow-cut racing bike shoes, it is difficult to get the overshoes on. Let's see how long they last.

The size seems arbitrary and not compatible with shoe sizes. 44-45 should fit the corresponding shoe size and definitely not nearly impossible to get at size 43.
You should not be forced to buy at least two sizes larger than the corresponding shoe size because then it would be pointless to specify sizes and you would instead have to order a whole pile and send back what doesn't fit.
