Neutral
The 'neutral shoe' or 'cushioning shoe' is equipped without pronation support (the lateral support of the foot). These shoes are therefore suitable for runners who have regular rolling behaviour, i.e. who do not roll their feet inwards or outwards when running. The neutral shoe can be used for competition, for fast training and for long endurance sessions. The damping may vary depending on the application: in order to achieve more direct ground contact during competition, it is advisable to use only a slightly cushioned shoe. When training on hard surfaces or for long distances, more cushioned shoes offer better comfort and protect the joints.

Actually zero stars, both shoes broke in the same place after 150 kilometers and 3 months of use!! No response to my goodwill request from Bikester, Scarpa himself refers to the dealer. To praise the shoe as a robust trail shoe is a cheek! Many thanks never again Scarpa

Good grip in all terrain

Very happy with the Scarpa Ribelle Run. They sit well on the foot. Has a good grip on most of the terrain, dry and wet. Not made for mud baths, then the grip is too short (4mm). Very comfortable cushioning, a little softer in the heel, good for downhill running. Highly recommended!
