For SmartGuardSchwalbe use a proportion of recycled rubber from old latex products. With the „Anti-Aging“ side wall it lasts much longer before developing unsightly cracks when subjected to use with insufficient air pressure.

Bought these in 28mm for leakproof bike vacations. After trying out, the ride is super comfortable, also on rougher terrain. However, compared to prior Decathlon tires with less leak protection, the tire feels less stable in high speed sharp cornering. Will change the front tire back to the Decathlon to improve steering feel and precision while keeping the comfort and leak protection at the rear. Recommended for rear use or complete use when not pushing the bike.
