Upcycled airbags get new life in the material of this MTB men's shorts: Upcycled airbag material with durable, water-repellent surface that protects against splashing water and short rain showers would be used for inserts on this shorts. Elastic material in the crotch is tough to abrasion from the saddle without compromising your mobility. The grippy, silicone-coated waistband on the back with button and zipper closure ensures a secure fit for your shorts. Smooth, bonded leg cuffs with silicone grippers prevent riding up. The two slanted side pockets are placed so that the contents do not slide forward when pedaling and thus disturb you.

The side pockets are directed towards the back, which is an interesting solution and makes it easier to carry small items (keys), but they do not work well for larger items such as a phone or wallet.
Unfortunately, after the first 200 km I see traces of abrasion at the point of contact with the saddle, and this problem does not occur with products from other companies.
