The Serious Sonoran Active 400 is a very light and high quality equipped e-cross bike in the suspension fork version with 50 mm travel, which is the perfect symbiosis between E-Urban and e-trekking bike.
The heart of the Serious Sonoran is its intelligent new BOSCH electric drive. The efficient 250 watt motor offers optimal power development and propulsion on the mountain "without ifs and buts". Charged to 80% in just under 2.5 hours, thanks to modern e-power, long distances (up to 90 km) and demanding tours with a few metres in altitude can be covered. The Serious Sonoran has the latest generation of Bosch e-bike drives and is equipped with a powerful 400 watt hour battery from Bosch, which is placed on the down tube. The intensity of the pedal power support can be freely selected in four levels, allowing the rider to influence the range of the pedelec with kilometre precision.
Durable for comfort equipped with superior components from Shimano, a sensitive Suntour suspension fork and a patented seat post, the Serious Sonoran E-Crossbike leaves nothing to be desired. LED lighting and smooth-running Schwalbe Smart Sam tires complete the perfect e-bike: Serious Sonoran - intelligent pedelec technology "Made in Germany".
The Bosch drive: "Electronic intelligence for superior rider support" - that's what the BOSCH system says. The perfect symbiosis of drive unit, battery and easy-to-use display transforms a conventional bicycle into an intelligent, powerful e-bike. A BOSCH e-bike is ridden like any other bicycle, the support is provided according to the pressure of the pedal. According to the efficient minimum principle, the motor switches off automatically as soon as the rider stops pedalling. Sensors for speed, pedalling force and pedalling frequency optimally adjust the motor support to the individual riding behaviour.
Thanks to the low weight of all components and the deep mounting of the drive, the Bosch e-bike has an optimal weight distribution, so that even inclines and more demanding stages can be pedaled with ease.

Range
Can I get 50 miles from one battery charge or even 120? For those interested in buying an e-bike, this is a very important question. Manufacturers try to be as realistic as they can about possible ranges your e-bike may manage on one complete battery charge. In practice, however, the maximum range depends on many different factors. As well as the type of motor you have, factors include the energy content (400 or 500 Wh), handling and age of the battery. However, the rider's weight, sitting position, riding style (starting frequency, cadence) and selected support levels (Eco, Tour, Sport, Turbo) all greatly influence the range. Last but not least, the track profile (uphill or flat), the ground (road or terrain), wind (headwind, tailwind) and even tyre profile effect distances possible. This makes it extremely difficult to provide precise and reliable information.
