Due to the unique tooth shape, broad/narrow profile and perfect rounding, the teeth outlast any counterpart. Each individual tooth is wider and more angular than the commonly used tooth shapes.
In addition to the width/narrow profile that our award-winning Sram spiderless chainring has adopted, and the added tooth hardness increases the chain hold should the tension drop or a tooth be lost while driving. This is the first sprocket that makes this special feature possible.
The sprocket fits on freewheels with Shimano profile and protects aluminium freewheels by the 7mm wide base also with strong load by the chain hoist. The teeth are located centrally so that the sprocket can be rotated, doubling the service life.
Details
- Fits almost all rear hubs on the market. It should be noted that some freewheels have such tight tolerances that the pinion fits very tightly. But this is completely harmless.
- All 1-speed, 6/7/8/9/10/11-speed chains. To use the advantages of the narrow-wide tooth profile, please use a 9/10/11-speed chain. Not compatible with Half Link chains!
