It does not increase by 4 cm

The bridge is very solid. Fastening without the use of a star is stable. I subtract one star because the description shows that it raises the steering wheel by 4 cm and it is not. We need to remove about 2 cm of washers from the steerer tube so that it goes deeper into the bridge. It shows how much minimum it must be let into it. As a result, we get about 2 cm of lifting the steering wheel, not 4 cm.
