The helmet itself in giant. Ie. that it takes up a lot of space on top of the head. It looks silly, but it probably / hopefully provides better protection.
Unfortunately, the helmet is also VERY small in size. I measured my head and bought an M. Even when the setting was at its very greatest, it definitely hurt to wear it.
