Not all tubes are the same.

Air pressure stability: A Schwalbe tube holds the air much longer. The quality of the ingredients and the purity of the rubber compound determine the quality of the hose already at the material stage. During vulcanization, each Schwalbe hose is placed in a mold and inflated. This is the only way to ensure uniform wall thickness and excellent air retention.

reliability: The consistent control that ensures the highest possible functional reliability: Each tube is inflated at the factory and stored under pressure for 32 hours to check its air content.

Group hose system: Thanks to its high elasticity and quality, a single tube covers a large number of tyre sizes. For example, tube no. 17 works as well for a 28 mm wide tyre as for a 47 mm wide tyre. Only an extremely high-quality and reliable tube can meet this requirement.

Valve types: Bicycle inner tubes are available in three different valve types (SV, AV DV). The correct choice depends on the application and the diameter of the rim hole (8.5 or 6.5 mm).
