Semifreddo — it's an Italian desert that's chilled but not frozen. Exactly like the conditions Castelli designed this tight for. This tight was made for cool days when you're not quite sure if you'll be warm enough with shorts and leg warmers or if you'll overheat with a full thermal tight. In those conditions the Semifreddo is the tight you need.

The thighs and hips are kept warm with the Thermoflex fabric. Soft, fleecy, and especially stretchy, it's more comfortable than shorts and warmers. The lower leg uses thinner Nano Flex stretch woven fabric so you don't overheat. Water protection is limited to the lower legs, so wet roads aren't a problem, but this isn't your tight when rain is threatening. The Progetto X² Air Seamless pad finishes out the comfort focus on Castelli's best tight for moderate conditions.

Nano Flex
Castelli take their thermal fleecy stretch Thermoflex fabric and coat it with millions of tiny nanofilaments to create the most water-repellent fabric finish ever. Drops of water stay as spherical balls on top of the fabric or bounce off the fabric without leaving a trace.
