PureGrip compound:
Based on the activated silica compound, a compound technology in the performance segment has been purposefully developed. The result of the Korbach research and development department, after intensive development work, resulted in a new compound technology with excellent grip and cross-country properties. The new rubber compound, with the self-explanatory name "PureGrip", joins the ranks behind the BlackChili compound and is used in performance products in the race and mountain bike segments. Here, it ensures long-lasting traction and high mileage of Continental tires, which are manufactured exclusively at the production plant in Hefei (Asia).

E25:
For Continental's e-bike tyres, they draw on over 100 years of experience in moped and motorcycle tyres. All city/trekking tyres reach at least the standard up to 25 km/h. The tyres marked E50 are also approved for S-pedelecs. With their high-quality construction they have a high puncture protection, low rolling resistance and protection against premature wear and tear due to the additional driving force.

ShieldWall system:
The ShieldWall system combines the optimum combination of high puncture protection and best smooth running with low weight. This is made possible by an additional, all-round puncture protection layer consisting of a finely woven cross fabric. This gives the tyre a high resistance to punctures and injuries. Despite the additional layer, the tyre has very good damping properties and is highly flexible to adapt perfectly to the ground.
