Maxxis Rekon+ Folding Tyre 29x2.80" TLR 3C Maxx Terra Exo

The Maxxis Rekon is a very voluminous tire that you can use for daily tours, for shredding in the forest and on AllMountain, but also for excursions into rougher terrain. The TR version with EXO sidewall protection is designed for driving without a tube with sealant, but like all TR tires can also be driven with a tube.

ExoProtection
This extremely cut and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, light and very flexible. As a result, the performance of the tires remains convincingly good.

3C MaxxTerra
The freeride version of the 3C tires. Significantly more grip and traction thanks to softer compounds, with acceptable rolling resistance, so that you can still ride up the mountain before the great descent, long service life.

Tubeless ready
Tubeless tires have many advantages: you can drive with less air pressure and therefore have better traction, the rolling resistance is lower than with tubes, and where there is no tube, the risk of a puncture is reduced. Maxxis TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealant than other "Tubeless Ready" tires because the bead is completely covered with a rubber layer, like a real UST tubeless tire. This means that tubeless installation is successful on all rims that adhere to the standard dimensions, with the first inflation and with little fluid.
