Lofoten 2 ULW is one of the world's lightest 2-person tents with a minimum weight of 500 g (1.1 lbs). When packed, however, it is without a doubt the smallest 2-person tent on the market. The secret is its aluminium poles, made using state-of-the-art technology, with ultra-short segments that allow packing dimensions of only 11 x 22 cm (4.3 x 8.6 in) in their uncompressed state. The fabric is innovative Nortech T-NY 7D, weighing only 26 g/m² (0.005 lbs/ft²) despite a thread count of 580. The three-layer silicone coating one each side guarantees high durability as well as water-repellent properties, while the new Nordisk Flex-Rope Suspension System adds even more flexibility and strength. It can be transformed from a 1-person to a 2-person tent by simply exchanging the inner tent.
