The super-light Core Plus has many features for better performance, such as the reinforced NRG Air Carbon sole with a stiffness index of 8.0 and 5 vents for perfect ventilation. The seamless unibody construction reduces pressure points. Four inserts made of breathable mesh and additional micro ventilation openings on the entire surface provide optimal ventilation.
The SLW3 knob - the only one with gradual loosening or complete opening at the simple push of a button - ensures easy access and a perfect fit.

Watch out for SPD

To the original
Shoes are basically good, but for SPD you also need a metal plate from Northwave and the shoe has to be cut open. I have no idea what the reasoning behind this is.
