Unless stated otherwise all of our bikes and brake accessories are sold according to the EU standard brake setup (right hand rear and left hand front) which is in reverse to UK standard brake setup.
Please note: the majority of our electronic products that come with plugs are fitted with 2-pronged EU plugs as standard. The operating voltage remains the same, however you may require an additional, simple EU to UK adapter to use them

The Nexus hub gears from Shimano are low-maintenance and, together with the Gates belt drive, you get clean, low-friction and precise shifting, because no dirt can get into the system. You glide along quietly - no chain to rattle and oil. Seven gears get you over small hills in the city and in the country - and then there's always the motor to help you out.
The Shimano STePS E5000 mid-motor is light and quiet so you can cruise comfortably from A to B at a maximum speed of 25 km/h. With the battery, which has an output of 500 watt hours and fits elegantly into the frame design thanks to its partial integration, you’re guaranteed to reach your destination in the city relaxed on one charge. Hydraulic disc brakes bring you to a safe stop, even in wet conditions. The lightweight aluminium frame with its trapezoidal shape makes it easy to get on and off.
The Ortler E-Speeder has everything you need for your everyday rides to work or to the supermarket. It’s equipped with a full lighting system so you don't have to remember to take battery lights with you when it gets late. The rear stand allows you to park the bike without it tipping over, even when it's loaded, and smartly integrated mudguards protect you from splashing water. An elegant luggage rack allows you to load some cargo and the wide Schwalbe tyres with light tread and puncture protection allow you to ride on dirt roads.

Range
Can I get 50 miles from one battery charge or even 120? For those interested in buying an e-bike, this is a very important question. Manufacturers try to be as realistic as they can about possible ranges your e-bike may manage on one complete battery charge. In practice, however, the maximum range depends on many different factors. As well as the type of motor you have, factors include the energy content (400 or 500 Wh), handling and age of the battery. However, the rider's weight, sitting position, riding style (starting frequency, cadence) and selected support levels (Eco, Tour, Sport, Turbo) all greatly influence the range. Last but not least, the track profile (uphill or flat), the ground (road or terrain), wind (headwind, tailwind) and even tyre profile effect distances possible. This makes it extremely difficult to provide precise and reliable information.
