Touring Tyres
Trekking & City Tyres - endurance rubber for tough everyday use.
When you think of performance tyres, the first thing that comes to mind is often road bike or mountain bike tyres. However, the most complex demands are usually placed on trekking or city tyres. Low weight, fast-rolling and puncture protection as well as reduced wear and increased visibility through reflective strips. Depending on the bike and preferred routes, there are slightly wider tyres for more comfort or narrower tyres for a faster commute. Touring tyres can be chunky, with a deep tread pattern for use in the mud and tough trails, through to light tread options for gravel and light off-road, and even fully slick for touring on paved roads.
