Urban, individual and dynamic
The newly revised Road Cruiser impresses with its pleasing tread design and the numerous color variants for wheels from 12" to 28" inch. The outstanding feature of the new Road Cruiser, however, is its tread compound called Green Compound. A rubber made from renewable and recycled raw materials that is so good that Schwalbe can use it for the first time in a conventional bicycle tyre.
Active Line
The frame of all Active Line tyres is the high quality 50 EPI casing. Rough 20 or 24 EPI carcasses are no longer available from Schwalbe. In addition, the K-Guard provides effective puncture protection for all Active Line tyres.
TwinSkin
An additional rubber coating on the side protects against cuts and enables even coloring.

Yes, but there you have it, despite its excellent grip in the rain and its good responsiveness to the road cruiser and very poor anti-puncture protection. 3 times in two weeks driving from Paris! And facing the rigid rod in curb mode under the fleet, it forges character. So I switched to a Schwalbe model with a better puncture resistance index because it looks good and rolls well for a VTC in the countryside ... but not for the city.
