The Smith Ignite helmet is an aerodynamic model for pure speed in road cycling and features an Aerocore shell that provides efficient air permeability and highly effective protection.

The Ignite helmet benefits from a lightweight and resistant in-mold construction that combines a thickness of absorbent expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) and a rigid polycarbonate cover. Above all, the Koroyd material provides more effective absorption of the forces generated by an impact and is used in strategic places - the most exposed in the event of a fall - replacing polystyrene.

It benefits from the VaporFit fitting system, which allows everyone to adjust it to their head circumference. It also features comfortable, highly breathable and removable X-Static foams. It also includes a clever place to insert Smith lenses.

To provide complete and maximum protection, it also gets the Mips technology (Multidirectional Protection System) that reduces and distributes the force of oblique impacts.
