SP Connect Universal Mount hook-and-loop black (black)
The SP Connect Universal Mount can be attached to rods or tubes with a diameter between 20 and 90 mm (0.9 - 3.5 in.) with the Velcro fastener. The spring-loaded head allows 360° rotation of the attached device without tools. Your smartphone can be securely attached to a bicycle, motorcycle, golf cart, or stroller so you can use apps to access playlists, read messages, or navigate.

Contrary to the illustration and description, the normal SP Connect universal adapter is supplied here. And it doesn't have the GoPro mount, but the normal SP Connect mount! So it is really only suitable for attaching an SPC cover (or universal pad). For the GoPro attachment you probably need additional accessories (and according to the manufacturer's website there aren't any)
