I was looking for a battery taillight for my folding bike, which should be attached instead of the surface reflector. In addition, replaceable batteries were a must for me, as I don't want to monitor the battery status of every one of the countless devices and, if in doubt, simply want to replace the battery.
First impression: brightness okay, battery changing a bit tricky but no problem with practice. I asked myself whether the part could really survive a downpour, but for the occasional evening use I will probably rarely get into this situation.
The part is permanently installed (screwed, instead of the surface reflector), but the electronics can be removed to change the battery (2x size AAA), so the part is not protected against theft.
However, I don't have any other useful option to attach a (detachable) rear light to my folding bike.
Conclusion: light in order, price-performance ratio very good, weaknesses in everyday practicality.

Sufficient at dusk. In the dark it is better to have an additional light source for the rear. Especially if you are directly on the road.

Great little Bright light
This light replaced the rack mounted reflector on my town bike for extra winter visibility. The fixings are the same pitch so the whole job took 5 minutes, the light is well made, very bright even during daylight and looks like an original part of the bike.
