XLC have added an affordable, angle-adjustable handlebar stem to their range with the Comp ST-T13. It fits 1 1/8-inch steering columns and is attached with a solid dual-screw clamp. The aluminium handlebar stem can be adjusted to angles of between 0° and 90°, allowing you to achieve exactly the position you like.
