Thanks to the 34 mm medium profile, the Racing 4 DB wheels achieve the perfect balance of aerodynamics, precision and versatility. They are ideal for long climbs without sacrificing stability on fast descents. That's why Team Cofidis opted for these wheels for their training set-up.

In contrast to the model, the aluminum profile of this new version is CNC-milled and therefore lighter, and the inner dimension has been extended to 19 mm (the previous model had an inner dimension of 17 mm) so that tires can now be mounted without any problems. The wheels also offer 2-Way fit technology for clincher tires and tubeless tires (tubeless tape is fitted ex works and valves are included). The new Racing 4 DB features impressive laser-etched graphics that can withstand any weather.

ANTI-ROTATION SYSTEM
This new system takes the concept of the storage system to a new level of performance. Fulcrum's engineers have redesigned the spokes and hub shells to create a strong and solid unit. This applies to the spokes:
a) that they never lose their initial tension and the wheel remains perfectly responsive and centered and
b) that they remain in the position developed in the wind tunnel to ensure the best possible aerodynamics.

AFS AXLE SYSTEM
The Axial Fixing System is the solution developed by Fulcrum for fixing the disc brake to the hub. The constraint provided by the impact area of the release mechanism, which is greater than that of standard mechanisms, allows for greater structural rigidity and therefore more precise and efficient braking.

SQUARE MILLING
For the aluminium rim of the new Racing Zero, they decided to leave the triple milling structure on the entire profile in order to minimize the thickness of the aluminium. Finally, the engineers have added 3D-Fr milling to the spoke base: This means less material and the same reliability, as the forces on the rim are well distributed with this special design. Triple milling and "square milling" enable the greatest reduction in rim circumferential weight to make the wheel extremely fast.
