The bike looks nice but arrives damaged. I cannot judge whether the product is good as a whole because the bicycle still needs to be made.
Customer Service indicates that you can return the bicycle or have it repaired at a bicycle repair shop and they will then reimburse a maximum of 40 euros. They will not reimburse it without an invoice. Special. I wouldn't order from here again. Customer service is also in English and very slow to respond.
