I bought the s'cool XtriX mini 16 (black color) for our 4 and a half year old daughter. Unfortunately, while opening the package (perfectly packaged) I noticed a scratch on a rim. Nothing serious, if not an ugly aesthetic "stain". For the sake of consideration, I wanted to report the "defect" to the seller. I was contacted immediately and after sending the photos of the "damage" I was offered several options (return of the bike, good ..) Being a small thing, I have not even thought about returning the bike. The seller immediately gave me a voucher as compensation. Commendable behavior, of rare honesty and professionalism that will surely make excellent publicity! However, the bike is beautiful, well made and aesthetically very appealing. The little girl was very happy. ... And the black with matte helmet and pink inserts makes it great. Definitely unique in our city!
