Tune DC12 MTB Thru-Axle Rear Boost black (black)
The DC12 thru axle tensioner with 37g is certainly one of the lightest thru axle tensioners available. Despite its low weight, the thru axle is not subject to any weight restrictions and can be driven without hesitation. As with the Tune quick-releases, the eccentric principle is used here. A ball with a lever is embedded in a kind of "socket", in which the axle head is eccentrically mounted. The carbon lever can be used to open and close the tensioner. TUNE DC12 thru axle tensioner - a class of its own. Super light and yet very high clamping force. Unique appearance, many anodised colours. Extremely slim and safe, no sharp edges, no risk of injury.
